By using FableKit you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
FableKit is an AI-powered personalised children's storybook creator. We generate illustrated stories based on information you provide (child's name, age, story preferences). Stories are generated using artificial intelligence and are unique each time.
You sign in using your WhatsApp phone number. A verification code is sent to your WhatsApp to confirm your identity. You are responsible for keeping your phone number and account secure. You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to create an account.
Stories and illustrations generated through FableKit are created for your personal use. You may share, print, and enjoy them with your family. The underlying AI models, software, and FableKit brand remain the intellectual property of Simpaira Ltd.
You retain ownership of any personal information (names, photos) you provide. We use this information solely to generate your stories as described in our Privacy Policy.
Some features require payment (e.g., bespoke stories, printed storybooks). Prices are displayed before purchase and charged via Stripe. All payments are in GBP (£) unless otherwise stated.
Printed storybooks are produced by a third-party print-on-demand service and shipped directly to you. Delivery times vary by location.
If you are unsatisfied with a purchase, please contact us at info@simpaira.com within 14 days. We will assess refund requests on a case-by-case basis. Digital content that has been fully delivered may not be eligible for a refund under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
Stories and illustrations are generated by artificial intelligence. While we design our prompts to produce age-appropriate, safe content, AI output can occasionally be unpredictable. We review and refine our systems continuously but cannot guarantee that every output will meet your expectations. If you encounter any inappropriate content, please report it to info@simpaira.com immediately.
We aim to keep the Service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We will endeavour to give reasonable notice of significant changes.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Simpaira Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
